Patios
A patio should take a table, a grill, and a decade of weather without heaving. We pour a slab, pitch it, and finish it to the house.
We pour 4-inch patio slabs on compacted base, with a pitch that sends water away from the foundation. Edges can be formed, troweled, or stepped to grade. Finish is broom for traction, smooth at the door, or stamped if the house asks for it. No plastic edging. No sand joints to refill.
