01

Fences

Wood privacy fences fail in a decade. Vinyl racks in the wind. We set posts true, hang panels that stay in plane, and pour concrete fence walls when the job calls for something that will still be standing when the house is painted the next three times. Gates, corners, and the run that meets the garage are part of the same number.

  • Privacy and perimeter fencing
  • Concrete fence walls, 6- and 8-foot typical
  • Board-form, smooth, or split-face faces
  • Gates, corners, and replacement of failed wood

Driveways

Residential drives are 4 inches on a compacted base; we go 6 inches where trucks or RVs will sit. Mix is 4,000 PSI, air-entrained for freeze-thaw. Control joints are laid out before the pour, not sawed as an afterthought. Choose broom, exposed aggregate, or stamped — all of them drain, all of them meet the garage cleanly.

  • 4-inch residential, 6-inch for heavier loads
  • 4,000 PSI mix, air-entrained for freeze climates
  • Control joints laid out before the pour
  • Aprons, approaches, and garage transitions

Patios

We pour 4-inch patio slabs on compacted base, with a pitch that sends water away from the foundation. Edges can be formed, troweled, or stepped to grade. Finish is broom for traction, smooth at the door, or stamped if the house asks for it. No plastic edging. No sand joints to refill.

  • Pitched away from the foundation
  • Formed edges and step-downs to grade
  • Broom, smooth, or stamped finish
  • Ties into existing walks, stoops, and sliders

Curbs

Barrier curb, mountable curb, and curb-and-gutter for residential streets and private drives. We set forms to the existing flow line, pour, and finish the face so mowers and plows do not chew it. Driveway aprons are poured with the curb, not patched on later.

  • Barrier and mountable profiles
  • Curb-and-gutter with a working flow line
  • Driveway aprons poured with the curb
  • Matches existing street or private lane

Interior renovations

The card says kitchens and bathrooms; flooring, tile, and carpentry; drywall, trim, and painting. That is the work. On a new house we finish what the builder left as options. On an old house we open walls that have settled, match floor heights that are no longer level, and leave the rooms you meant to have. Written scope before a saw hits a wall.

  • Kitchens and bathrooms, new-house and old-house
  • Flooring, tile, and finish carpentry
  • Drywall, trim, and painting
  • Punch-list work with the builder or after closing

Exterior renovations

Decks and porches that are framed, flashed, and finished so water does not find the band board. Siding and trim that line up with existing windows. Exterior work on a new house is finish-out; on an old house it is often undoing a leak and putting the wall back the way it should have been. Concrete and carpentry in the same conversation, so the new door meets a stoop that was built for it.

  • Decks and porches, covered or open
  • Siding, trim, and exterior repairs
  • Stoops, walks, and patio slabs that meet the door
